Health Coach, Self-Employed                                                                       (Sep 2014-Present)

Assisted three clients one-on-one in health and fitness, delving deeper than superficial issues, but empowered individuals to lead themselves into better food and lifestyle choices by asking the right questions.

Physical Trainer                                                                                   (2004 – July 2017)

Managed, supervised, and quality controlled physical training habits and accountability of between 5 and 20 personnel at a time, trained hundreds.  Strong leader with great attention to detail, organisation and multi-tasking in the gym and on the field.  Planned and performed group calisthenics, cardio and weight training workouts.

Dance Instructor                                                                                               (May 2013 - June 2017)

Led over 20 women and children  via choreographed dances.  Taught performances via freestyle, hip-hop and ballet style dances to demonstrate to over 100s in attendance.

Provided high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. Also, trained and supervised lower-level clerical staff.

Duties and responsibilities included formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.

Worked as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component products in the intelligence field. Performed all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotated through all positions rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis.
